Allow for a comma in manual entry

Hello, I am from the Netherlands and here we use a comma “,” as a decimal indicator instead of a dot. When I manually have to enter a number to track, I get a decimal pad, but I can only use a “,” because of my region settings. The app does not support this, so the add button is disabled.

My workaround now is typing it with a “.” In a different app and then pasting the whole number in AnyTracker. It would be great if this could be fixed. For the rest I am really enjoying the app.
